1. Purpose and Scope
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Goodsnet Holdings Limited (trading as “Goodsnet”) and governs the rights and obligations of customers and the Company in relation to the return of goods and the issuance of refunds.
2. Definitions

“Perishable Goods”: Food products requiring refrigeration or with a short shelf life, including but not limited to fresh meat, dairy, and chilled products.

“Non-Perishable Goods”: Shelf-stable food products not requiring refrigeration, such as snacks, powders, and ambient goods.

“Customer”: Any person or entity purchasing Goods from Goodsnet for personal or business use.
3. Returns – Perishable Goods
3.1 Change of Mind
Returns for perishable Goods due to change of mind are not accepted under any circumstances. This policy is necessary to maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
3.2 Defective or Damaged Goods
Where perishable Goods are received in a damaged, spoiled, or otherwise defective condition:

The Customer must notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery via email to info@goodsnet.net.

Notification must include a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence of the Goods and packaging.

Upon assessment and verification, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:
-
Replacement of the affected Goods;

Issuance of store credit; or
-
Refund to the original payment method.

No claims for perishable Goods will be accepted after the 48-hour window.
4. Returns – Non-Perishable Goods
4.1 Change of Mind
The Company will accept returns of non-perishable Goods for change of mind provided that:

Notification is made within 10 calendar days of receipt;

The Goods are unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging; and
-
The Customer provides valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or tax invoice).
Return shipping costs in these circumstances are the responsibility of the Customer. The Company is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
4.2 Defective or Incorrect Goods
Where non-perishable Goods are received in a damaged or incorrect condition:

The Customer must notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery to info@goodsnet.net with photographic evidence.

Upon validation, the Company will arrange for the return of the Goods at its own cost and provide a remedy as per Clause 3.2.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refunds will be issued only after returned Goods are received and inspected by the Company (where applicable).
5.2 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
5.3 The Customer acknowledges that refund processing times may take up to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
6. Exclusions
6.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in the following cases:

Goods returned without prior approval;

Perishable Goods reported after the 48-hour notification window;

Goods not returned in original, saleable condition (non-perishables);

Issues resulting from Customer mishandling, incorrect storage, or misuse.
6.2 The Company shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from delayed, lost, or damaged returns caused by third-party couriers or due to inaccurate address information supplied by the Customer.
7. Governing Law
This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
