Estimated Delivery: Next working day, delivered to the door.

Rural Delivery
Estimated Delivery: Add 1–2 business days to your selected method.
Note: We use NZ Post Courier for rural deliveries. Delivery time and availability depend on your address, postcode, weight, and parcel size, and will be shown at checkout. -
Click & Collect (If Applicable)
Ready for pickup within 1 business day.
Australia & Pacific Islands (Fiji, Samoa, Cook Islands, Tonga, etc.)

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 12:00 PM NZT on business days are processed the same day.

Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and may vary due to location, weather, customs, or unforeseen delays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via the New Zealand Post or relevant international courier website.

Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a physical delivery address to avoid delays.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions. Any current free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may not apply to express or international deliveries unless specifically stated.
Missed Deliveries and Re-Delivery
If no one is available to receive your order, couriers may leave a card or attempt redelivery.
Re-delivery fees may apply if parcels are returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship hazardous goods or items prohibited by local laws.
Some perishable items may be excluded from international shipping due to food safety or customs regulations.
Additional time may apply for remote or restricted delivery zones.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and include photographs.
If your order is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with an investigation.
